The Axis Earflap Hat was one of those long-time-coming patterns that I couldn't stop fiddling with. I think it came out of testing two years ago and I never published it. I added adult sizes and short rows and color details the original concept was lacking.
But, I finally got it together and published! And Flora had to get in on some photo shoot action with Mae.
The Waking Tide pattern is also near completion and I have to say, of all the sweaters I've knit recently, this was the fastest and coziest of the lot.
It's not in proper testing yet - and I admit, this is a hard one to sit on - but I have the Gather Pullover pattern coming out of testing just now and a few designs for publication that have deadlines more pressing.
OH and speaking of that Gather Pullover! The pattern will be released March 1st to coincide with my trunk show at Gather DTLA however, it will be available exclusively at Gather for the entire month. Come April it will be available to the masses. I have to say, I'm eager to release. It's such a simple, neat little sweater for everyday wear - especially in spring - and the Spud & Chloe Fine paired with Republic of Wool Fingering is positively delightful.
